John and Stephen Heathcock provide Connect Consultancy with a wealth of experience and knowledge. John joined Auditel in March 2000 and is a graduate in electronic and electrical engineering from Birmingham University, has spent his entire career within the energy and water utility sectors giving him in-depth knowledge of the utility industry particularly in energy, water and environmental auditing. John is also a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and has recently gained a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management.

The Connect Consultancy Team
Besides Stephen and John Heathcock, the team includes Paul Copsey, Tony Mahoney, Emma Heathcock and Rose Heathcock.
Paul Copsey joined in November 2005 having been aware of its growth since its inception. Paul has 20 years experience in Sales and Customer Service Management, including time spent in the SME and domestic energy and telecoms markets. As well as focusing on customer service and client operational matters, Paul also undertakes energy and telecommunications projects for new and existing clients.
Tony Mahoney joined in October 2005 after a career in the manufacturing of Electricity, Gas and Water Control and Metering Equipment. Originally an Engineer with Southern Electricity, Tony has held a number of Senior Management posts in the UK. He has also run operating companies in France, South Africa, Asia and South America. Tony undertakes energy and water projects.
Although Connect Consultancy has the backing of Auditel and access to a vast database of central information, its clients are assured of a personal and confidential service with regular contact, which will always be through either John or Stephen or in most circumstances, both.
